BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

- when making an appointment with me a £10 non refundable deposit is required. This will be taken off your final bill.

CANCELLATIONS

- 24 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment.

- your deposit will go towards a rescheduled appointment which must be booked within 4 weeks of your original date.

-After 2 cancellations, the whole cost of the appointment will be required to book in again.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

- if you do not turn up to your appointment without letting me know, your deposit will be Kept as Payment for my time.

- after 2 no shows I'm afraid i won't book you in again.

LATE ARRIVALS

- if you are 15 minutes late for your

appointment, we may have to reschedule if your treatment cannot be completed in the remaining time and your deposit kept as Payment for my time. Another deposit will be required for the reschedule.

- if i do not hear from you after 15 minutes into your appointment time, this will be considered A 'no show' and be treated as a missed

appointment.

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of my business i cannot offer refunds on any service that i provide.

Any issues brought to my attention at your appointment can be dealt with at that time, so please ensure you are happy with your treatment before you leave.

After that i can offer free repairs or fixes for any faults which may have come to light in the 72 Hours following your appointment time. This repair must be scheduled within 2 weeks after your initial appointment, subject to availability. After this time any

repairs will be charged for.
